While there are many possible directions to go, the easiest and best way is simple:
Promote Marriage!
The effects of Marriage on Health
Marriage impact on wealth
Why marriage makes people happy
Why children need married parents
Don't ignore collapse of family
So job skills yes, educational opportunities yes, nutrition training yes, mentoring yes, government programs yes, anything else good yes but don't skip over the most obvious and important factor in strengthing black men, black America, and Americans in general.
A strong nuclear family that stays together.
