I don't have a dog in the Chicago mayoral fight, but I am against the dirty politics. That includes using the courts to prevent the will of the people.
Court orders Emanuel off ballot
It seems to me, the people will decide who's a resident and if they want them as the next mayor.
If this was for a technical position like Attorney General where you need to be a lawyer, I'd want the courts involved, but not in this case.
I know our current President played the same games to rise up through Chicago, but I'd been against him too.
