In this his rookie year, he has been a really good pitcher:
In 7 starts he's
gone 3-2 with a 2.32 era. with 61 strikeouts and only 11 walks.
But he's done just good enough to lose a few games.
Hopefully, he becomes more mentally tough and does just enough to win.
While he was in college, I remember during his last season in the college World Series, he pitched and lost a big game. It was the biggest game for that team. They knew they had a "stud" pitching for them, and he didn't get the job done. He didn't get bombed, but he did just enough to lose.
