I'm on record as saying I would support a much simpler Universal Healthcare bill.
I believe in universal coverage delivered by the private sector. Whether that be hospitals, insurace companies, or other healthcare organizations. We need vibrant competition,.
I don't believe in a government run system.
That said...
I support the House plan. I like how they explain it on their website.
The downside for House and Senate democrats would be in not passing it.
So pass it. Implement it. Then make it better.
