If Manny had wanted to cheat there are plenty of drugs that aren't tested for by m.l.b.
In addition, Ramirez has passed every drug test until now.
That leads to me to conclude, Ramirez took medicine from a doctor in a personal situation and didn't clear it with the proper baseball people.
It is un-natural to delay medical treatment while baseball doctors "clear" a substance.
Ramirez should have done it but it is understandable that he didn't.
If Ramirez can prove his story that he didn't take steroids, but instead recently took a substance for a personal medical issue, he should have his suspension revoked.
