We let players have surgeries that are dangerous but when successful help prolong careers.
We should let players take steroids and other performance enhancers if they want.
We should have full disclosure of the dangers and move on.

For all the players who are truly against steroid use and are upset that they are being "tainted" by the dirty players:
voluntarily give your blood and urine samples to the government or some authority for safe keeping and perpetual testing. Prove you are clean, and challenge others to do the same.
Otherwise you are choosing to associate with cheaters, which makes you a cheater.
Mind you I support taking the cheating out of this topic.
