Conservatives are outraged that Chief Justice Roberts called the Affordable Health Care Act's individual mandate penalty a tax. Some say that this decision was a political dodge.
But the Republican opponents attacked it as a tax during it's passage. (Democrats disagreed).
Now a Republican judge says it is a tax. Makes sense.
Now the political Republicans are calling it Obamatax?
But wait.
Is it a tax? If so, then Roberts decided correctly.
Is it not a tax and Robertas got it wrong?
You have to pick one.
You can't be cynical and try to fool people playing both sides.
It is a tax.
