evidence that Rasmussen is...fair?

Rasmussen has Obama's approval rating at 42% an all-time low.

But higher than Gallup which surveys adults rather than likely voters.


Even more curious, Rasmussen has Obama leading all of the GOP contenders.
And better yet, Obama went from down 1 to up 8 on Romney.

I believe Rasmussen at best cherry picks his poll information to promote his polls to conservatives, and at worst rigs the process.

I also believe that Rasmussen has a valid polling operation that can be very accurate.

For whatever reason, he seems to be in valid polling mode, when he could easily be spinning.

This is evidence that maybe he's fair. Maybe he's always been?
