The President's political enemies

President Obama is being aided by his political enemies as they keep attacking him on:

birth certificate issues
cultural issues (ie. having rapper Common at White House)
teleprompter use


and on and on.

This gives the President an easy way to rally his base without offering policy that might offend middle America. President Obama has offered a rather centrist administration which could depress his leftwing vote in 2012. But the rightwing's inability to stay focus on serious issues might be their downfall.
