CJ Stewart injustice linked with OJ

I think OJ Simpson, CJ Stewart and all of the rest were guilty as charged in the Las Vegas "robbery" case.

But how could the state representatives think Stewart could possibly get a fair trial with Simpson as a co-defendant? It's not a close call.

The judge was totally wrong on that decision. The prosecutor should have demanded two separate trials. That would have saved the people of Nevada money, and a good reputation.

Now Stewart has had a free preview of the case. And it will only get weaker because of witnesses changing stories, and more time for Stewart to fit his story to the facts.

It's just disturbing that it got this far to the Nevada Supreme Court.
Some questions of basic fairness should be clear on all sides.

Nevada Supreme Court rules in Stewart favor
