What we should use to judge our President

Instead of using factors that are out of the President's control like how fast the oil spill if stopped in the Gulf, how fast the economy bounces back, or whether we have a terrorist strike.

Here's what the President can rightfully be held accountable for:

1. The effective use of our military overseas in Afghanistan and Iraq
2. A bold plan to improve our nation's schools, especially in the inner-city
3. The quality of his judicial and executive branch nominees
4. His priorities pursued in the first term
