Normal to see a black quarterback in NFL now

Another measure of the greatness of America. It used to be thought that the quarterback position was too complicated for blacks, and nonetheless such a prized position shouldn't be offered to an African American for public relations or other reasons.

But even back in 2001, over 20 black quarterbacks were spread throughout the league.

The beauty is that in 2009, we don't even count.
