Healthcare legislation on track to pass

95% chance Comprehensive Healthcare Bill will be signed into Law by President Obama.

By making a speech to the Congress, conducting rallies, and declaring that he plans to be "the last President" to haveto deal with this problem, the POTUS has staked his legacy on this bill.
Democrats will rally. No Democrat can deny a President of his own party on a make-or-break vote.

The features that will survive:

-individual mandate/employer mandate
-insurance companies will be forced to accept everyone at affordable costs
