Senate rules

I like the unwritten rules that exist in the Senate. I like the filibuster demand to get 60 votes to end debate. I like the idea that there is etiquette in how the Senate campaign committees attack the opposition leaders in their reelection efforts.

While there has been a recent breakdown sinc Tom Daschle was defeated, it seems Harry Reid's race may establish a truce.
