Why not start new banks?

President Obama and Secretary Geightner might have to start thinking more outside of the conventional wisdom.

Instead of saving the current banks and dealing with "toxic assets" for the sake of the economy, why not simply start new banks?

This can guarantee that new people with new money will make new loans into the economy.
