We need a Constitutional Amendment that over-rides any Supreme Court decision

I don't think that the Supreme Court would try to invalidate the election of Barack Obama due to some controversy about his citizenship:

based on allegations like this:

Obama not eligible to be President

but just in case we really do ever have such partisans on the court or just an academic need to enforce archaic laws that don't apply to a modern world, we need to pass a Constitutional Amendemnt that leaves any Constitutional Interpretation in the hands of the people and not Judges.

The amendment could read:

Congress by a 2/3 majority vote has final say on any Constitutional question regardless of merits and its' judgement is not reviewable.
