Judge Rules White House Aides must testify
The Housing Bill that Democrats passed was the type of thing that we as a party should be focused on. It is a good liberal bill that I honestly don't think would have been implemented into law had the Republicans been in control of Congress.
Yet, as this week has progressed, Democrats have been fighting to get Karl Rove and other Republicans to testify. There have been threats of contempt and votes to the matter.
We need to remember the purpose of governing is to make America better, not "get" our political adversaries.
If there were/are crimes, then do the research quietly, compile a record, and then turn it over the appropriate authorities.
We are not going to win more seats in Congress/nor should we because of this non-sense.
