This is why in two presidential elections, numerous high profile Senate races, and the Virginia governor's race, Obamacare supporters have consistently won.
Democrats should be looking to build on Obamacare and improve it:
-public option to compete with the private sector
-increasing the Medicaid re-imbusement rate to providers
-Medicare negotiating with drug companies for lower prices
