The media is treating the Obama rule that health plans must cover birth control as something brand new. I will try to update more and more stories that show that Catholic institutions across the nation have been covering birth control for years. I'm interested particularly with the people who claim they'll refuse to comply with the new Obama law, but have been silent for the past decade.
