No credit for Obama?

Let's get this straight, according to Steve Forbes, the President doesn't deserve any credit for General Motor's turnaround because the company's management is doing is doing it their (conservative) way?

But...

1. There would be no GM without Obama (and Bush's) bailout.
2. The big criticism was that Obama wouldn't leave the private sector alone.

So wouldn't you at least give the President credit for staying out of GM's business plan?
