CNN reports that 52% think gays have a constitutional right to marry, and of course that number is all over the place.
But a Democratic firm has a better question:
"Do you think same-sex marriage should be:
Legal 33%
Illegal 57%
Not Sure 11%
This is encouraging, but my head isn't in the sand. Even the respondents say by a majority that they think it will be legal in 2o years.
We have to fight the media on this tooth and nail.
History has been changed before.
Remember at one point it was illegal to drink alcohol and it was legal for children to have full time jobs.
