Unfortunately, we are in the process of redefining marriage.
Yet, there's something that we need to redefine:
Education.
Only, 68% of students are graduating high school.
That doesn't even speak to the quality of those getting the diplomas.
Over 30% not finishing high school in 2010?
Everyone in the Democratic party should join me and offer radical solutions.
I support Universal free choice for everyone. Whether it's home-school, private, religious, charter, public, whatever.
We should look into paying real money to students for honest performance.
We should look into paying teachers for increased student performance.
If money motivates people, let's try it in a serious way.
Freedom works in many other areas, let's not doubt it until it's truly tried.
Schools should function for the kids. Not for the process.
