The doctor that allowed a woman to be implanted with six embryos should be arrested for wreckless endangerment of the woman and of the eight children. In today's world where it is not always possible to write laws that precisely fit a situation, we have to be creative in the interpretation of current statutes. We need to send the message that professionals need to be responsible and ethical, and if they don't they will be held accountable.
The mom now has 14 children. This should never be the case. A medical history would reveal the first six children, and that should have been enough to refuse any more medical help for children.
