1. Governor should resign
2. Lt. Governor should appoint a "caretaker" to Senate for the 2 years until the next election.
3. Democrats both in Washington and Illinois should caucus and produce a real ethics agenda that serves the public interest.
4. Democrats should field a credible candidate and win the Senate Seat
