Today's most Important Poll Question!

Colorado poll averages:

Obama 48.3
McCain 46

This is really good news for the Democrats in that Obama is doing so well during the midst of McCain's Convention bounce. I realize that the Democratic Convention was held in Colorado and the extra attention did the party some good, but votes are votes.

Colorado will be in the blue column in 2008.

On a slightly different note, it's distressing that people can be convinced so easily in politics. Remember how President Bush had high poll numbers after 9/11. Which coincided with completely good press coverage. Now President Bush has low poll numbers. Which coincides with almost completely bad coverage in the news. Hopefully we will evolve to a level when people can look beyond the instant headlines and political spin to make their own indepdendent judgement.

This time it helps the Democrats out in Colorado.
